Yin Yoga

Yoga is a body mind therapy, it means that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning; in other words, our minds create our reality.

Yin Yoga is a gentle yoga practice designed to unwind and unravel the body and mind.

In the practice of yin yoga, each pose is held for between 5 and 10 minutes to allow the body to release long-held tensions and bring about balance between the body and mind.
